Required products :
400 grams of potatoes
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2 cloves garlic
70 grams of yellow cheese
3 tablespoons canned corn
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
vegetable seasoning, salt, pepper
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and grate them with a fine grater. Add the egg, spices, mayonnaise, grated garlic cloves and flour.
Mix the products thoroughly.
Cut the yellow cheese into long strips measuring approximately 2 x 4 cm.
Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the hot oil and shape into loaves, pressing to the bottom of the dish with a spoon.
In the middle of each put a piece of yellow cheese, and on it 1 teaspoon of canned corn.
Close the loaves again with the potato combination and let them fry until ready on both sides.
Serve with corn.
