Necessary products:

for the dough

  • 100 grams of white flour
  • 250 grams of diced potatoes
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 120 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 7 graha dry may
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 grams of salt
  • 2 grams of sugar

for the stuffing

  • 100 grams of finely chopped ham
  • 100 grams of cottage cheese
  • 80 grams of melted cheese, finely chopped

Method of preparation:

Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour water, add salt and boil them. While still warm, drain them and place in a bowl. Add the butter, milk and puree. Add the flour, yeast, beaten eggs, olive oil, salt and sugar.

Stir and cover the resulting dough with cling film. Wait for it to rise and place it on a floured surface. Divide into equal parts, from which roll out two equal-sized crusts. Put them on top of each other and cut small cakes with the help of a ring.

Arrange cottage cheese, melted cheese and ham between the slices. Seal the edges and arrange in a parchment-lined tray. Wait for the potato cakes to double in volume, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
