Required products :

  • 500 grams of mashed potatoes
  • 200 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • green onions to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 1 small carrot
  • flour (as much as it takes)
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Finely grate Parmesan and carrot, mix them with mashed potatoes and add chopped green onions to taste. Beat the egg and make a dough using flour as needed. The dough should not be hard, it should be possible to scoop with a spoon, but not liquid. After taking it with a spoon, form balls, which are then pressed, making cakes.

About 20 pieces are obtained. Pour oil into a pan, the amount should be enough so that the dough can float on the surface of the fat when hot.

Fry the loaves on both sides until crusty.

Garnish with fresh green spices of your choice and serve with sour cream.
