Necessary products:

 

  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • 450 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons finely ground sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground rosemary
  • 100 grams of mashed potatoes
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey

 

Method of preparation:


Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover a round pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, puree, olive oil, honey, rosemary, salt and water. Stir and prepare the dough.

Cover the container in which it is with transparent foil and wait for it to rise. Divide the dough into equal parts, form balls and arrange them in the pan.

Cover it with a damp cloth and wait for it to double in volume. Bake for 40-45 minutes and cool. Break the loaves and arrange them in a suitable dish. Serve and eat.
