How To Cook Potato Casserole With Apples And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

4 potatoes
150 grams mushrooms
2 apples
2 tomatoes
150 grams yellow cheese
200 grams sour cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
parsley for decoration

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin circles. Chop the mushrooms finely, clean the apples from the core with the seeds and then cut them into pieces.
Cut circles from the tomatoes.

In a suitable tray, arrange the layers of products in sequence: potatoes, mushrooms, apples, tomatoes.

 

Add salt and pepper to taste to the cream and cover the products in the bowl.

 

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees until a golden crust forms on the surface.

 

Garnish the casserole with parsley and serve.
