How To Cook Potato Casserole With Bacon, Cream Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • potatoes (about a kilogram)
  • 1-2 onions
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 70 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of cream cheese or similar
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream (sour)
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes (peel them beforehand) in salted water, then mash them while they are still hot.

 

Fry small pieces of bacon fry in their own fat until crispy. Remove it on paper using a slotted spoon.

Cut the onion and fry until golden in the fat left over from cooking the bacon.

Add the butter to the still hot puree and pour the warm milk, mash.
