Required products :
4-6 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 pickled sweet pepper
400 grams canned white beans in tomato sauce
4-5 cloves garlic a
small bunch of dill and parsley
1 incomplete cup of fresh milk
3 eggs
1 incomplete teaspoon ground red pepper
salt to taste
30 milliliters of sunflower oil
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes until semi-finished and peel them.
Cut into circles, which you arrange on the bottom of the dish (pre-greased with oil), in which you will use to make the casserole.
Cut the onion into circles and pour over the potatoes.
Marinated peppers and garlic cut into thin strips, chop the green spices.
Mix them and spread on the onions.
Pour the canned beans with the tomato sauce on top.
Beat the eggs together with the milk and red pepper. Add salt to taste.
Spread the mixture on the other products and place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
After 30 minutes, the casserole will be ready to eat.
