Necessary products:

  • potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles. Arrange several layers of them in a greased pan. Make a topping by beating the egg with the milk. Add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Pour this milk mixture over the potatoes. Put the dish in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and leave the casserole to cook for another hour. A few minutes before removing it from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and return (for about 5 minutes) to bake.
