Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
100 grams of yellow cheese
600 milliliters of fresh milk
2 eggs
1 clove garlic (or to taste)
50 grams of butter
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin circles (you can grate them if you prefer) and cook until done. Then drain the water using a colander. Mix raw eggs with milk, beat with a wire until a homogeneous liquid, season with salt and spices of your choice. Add the grated yellow cheese and crushed garlic.
Pour the potatoes into a greased pan, pour the milk mixture over them and bake in the oven at medium temperature until an appetizing crust forms on the surface (about 40 minutes).
