How To Cook Potato Casserole With Minced Meat, Tomatoes And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of raw potatoes

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 raw eggs

400 grams of minced meat

1 onion

bolognese sauce or meat broth (soluble)

50 grams of parsley

50 grams of yellow cheese

2 tomatoes

1 tablespoon oil

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until cooked. Fry the minced meat together with the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes and the bolognese sauce dissolved in a little water. Let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes. At the end of cooking, add parsley and leave the mixture on the stove for another 5 minutes.

Make mashed potatoes. Mash them, add 2 raw eggs, mayonnaise and mix well.

Take a baking dish, grease it with oil and put half of the puree in it. Level the surface, then a layer of minced meat, cover with the remaining potatoes.

Make two indentations with a spoon on the casserole and beat the other 2 eggs in them. Arrange sliced ​​tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley.

Put the dish in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
