Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and boil them until semi-finished in salted water. Cut them into cubes and distribute in pots that you have previously greased with oil.
Boil the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Strain the decoction.
Peel and chop the onion, fry it in oil. Add the mushrooms to it and let them cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring.
Then add the cream to the onions and mushrooms, pour 1 cup of mushroom broth (preferably hot).
Stew everything for 5-6 minutes.
Put the resulting sauce in each casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with melted butter.
Put the dish in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes.
