Required products :

2 kilograms of potatoes

1 kg of onions

200 grams of butter

 

For the sauce:

1 teaspoon of beer

1 teaspoon liquid cream

200 grams of yellow cheese

garlic to taste

salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

First make the sauce: mix the beer with the cream, add salt, other spices of your choice and crushed garlic to taste. Add the grated yellow cheese.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices. Fry the onion until golden brown in the oil.

Take a suitable dish and put a row of potatoes in it, then a row of onions, potatoes again and finish with onions. Drizzle with the sauce and bake until done.
