Required products :

  • 1 kg of ready-made frozen potato meatballs (croquettes)
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 240 grams of cheese mix
  • 400 grams of tomato salsa
  • 400 grams of sour cream

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Coat a ceramic pan with cooking spray or grease of your choice.

Pour the potato meatballs, if they are very large, you can cut them (if you use croquettes this is not necessary).

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, oregano, dill, hot pepper and garlic. Pour the resulting mixture over the croquettes.

Bake for 35-40 minutes and sprinkle with cheese mix. Bake for another 3 minutes to melt.

Drizzle with tomato salsa and sour cream and serve.
