Learn how to cook "Potato casserole with yellow cheese in a pan". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
3 potatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 teaspoon flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 tea cup of fresh milk
1/2 tea cup grated yellow cheese (maybe more)
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel an onion, wash and grate. Mix in a bowl the eggs, flour, melted butter, milk and season with salt and pepper. Add onions, cheese and potatoes. Of course, stir.
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a pan and when hot, add the potato mixture. Cook over low heat until the casserole is red on the bottom, then turn to the other side.
