Necessary products:

1 liter of chicken broth

500 grams of potatoes

1 stalk of leek

1 carrot

80 grams of melted cheese

1 tablespoon butter

salt and spices to taste

Method of preparation:

Grease a baking dish with plenty of oil. Cut leeks, carrots and potatoes into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the remaining oil (if you haven't used everything for lubrication). Season the vegetables with spices and place in the oven to bake until done. Then pour them into the boiling broth for 5 minutes, add the cheese and wait for it to melt completely. When this happens, remove the pan from the heat and strain the mixture.

Serve with garlic croutons, you can sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated yellow cheese / cheese.
