Learn how to cook "Potato cream soup with beans, spinach and green onions". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
8 teaspoons spinach
300 grams canned or boiled white beans
800 grams potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons vegetable broth
1.5 teaspoons salt
1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 stalk green onions + a little to sprinkle the finished soup
Method of preparation :
Heat olive oil and fry the chopped green onion in it until soft (about 4 minutes). Then add the peeled and cut into small pieces potatoes. Two minutes later pour the broth and 1.5 teaspoons of water. Add salt.
It is time to add the beans and let everything simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add the spinach and spices 2 minutes before removing the pan from the heat.
Then grind the soup to a creamy consistency. If you find it too thick, add a little water.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
