Required products :
1 liter of water
125 milliliters of fresh milk
4 potatoes
2 cloves garlic
30 grams of butter
1 egg yolk
parsley

Method of preparation:
Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water and mash them together with the broth. Add the garlic, crushed with salt, stir and cook everything for 3 minutes. Beat the yolk with the milk and butter. Pour the resulting mixture into the soup and stir. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with black bread.
