How To Cook Potato Cream Soup With Spinach And Caramelized Onions - Recipe

Required products :

5 medium potatoes
1.5 liters of water
100 grams of fresh spinach
2 onions
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons oil
bouquet garnished (whole carrots, onions, celery stalks, garlic cloves)

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into the pan, put on the stove to boil and put the bouquet of carrots, onions, celery and garlic. After 40 minutes, take it out and put the peeled and sliced ​​potatoes in the broth. Five minutes before they are completely ready, add the spinach.
Remove the soup from the heat and wait for it to cool a bit, then beat with a blender until smooth.

Peel an onion and cut it into semicircles. Fry it until golden in hot oil and add honey. Stir for the next 5 minutes.

Once removed from the heat, divide the soup into suitable bowls and sprinkle with caramelized onions. You can add croutons and serve.
