How To Cook Potato Croquettes With Cottage Cheese, Garlic And Dill - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of potatoes
400 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
1 eggs
70-80 grams of
dill flour and garlic to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
oil for frying

breadcrumbs for rolling

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes, put them in a saucepan, fill with water and cook until cooked (about 25 minutes).
Then drain the liquid, rinse the potatoes with cold water and peel them immediately. Mash to a puree, leave to cool.

Mix the cottage cheese with the egg, season with salt, ground black pepper, put the crushed garlic cloves and siton chopped dill.
Mix thoroughly, add flour and mashed potatoes.

Form small balls of the resulting "dough", which roll in breadcrumbs.

Heat the fat and fry the bites in it until golden (about 12 minutes is enough).
