Learn how to cook "Potato croquettes with minced meat and parmesan". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
600 grams of minced meat (preferably beef)
3-4 medium potatoes
2 eggs
100 grams of parmesan
nutmeg to taste a
few sprigs of parsley
2-3 slices of dry bread
salt to taste
frying oil
flour for rolling croquettes
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes until done with the peels. Then cool, peel and mash. Add the minced meat, eggs, chopped parsley, grated nutmeg and salt to taste.
Fill the slices of bread with water. When soft, drain the liquid and add them to the minced meat. Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
From the resulting mixture form croquettes with a cylindrical shape, roll them in flour and fry until golden in hot oil, which should be enough to cover the croquettes.
Turn periodically during cooking.
You can serve the dish both cold and hot. Garnish with vegetables.
