Necessary products:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 100 grams of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • breadcrumbs
  • left
  • spices

Method of preparation:

Make the stuffing by frying the finely chopped onions and carrots until soft. Then add the mushrooms (you may not thaw them if you use frozen ones). Leave for 5 minutes on high heat to evaporate excess liquid, close the pan with a lid and let the stove simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes. Season the mushrooms with spices and salt and remove from the heat. The filling is ready.

Boil the potatoes with the peels until ready. Then peel them and puree. Add salt while hot and allow to cool slightly.

Put some of the mashed potatoes on one palm, spread it, forming a loaf and put 1-2 teaspoons of the mushroom stuffing on top. Form a ball (if necessary, add more potatoes). In this way, make croquettes from the products. Roll them in breadcrumbs, arrange them in a pan and place in an oven preheated to 230 degrees.

Bake until done and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
