Required products :
500 grams of potatoes
1 onion
3 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
breadcrumbs
oil
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and cook until done (do not salt the water).
Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil.
Mash the prepared potatoes, add 2 eggs, fried onions and a little flour. Mix the products thoroughly.
In separate bowls, prepare breadcrumbs, beaten third egg and flour.
When the potato "minced meat" has cooled, form balls out of it, which you first roll in flour, then dip in the egg and finish the breading with breadcrumbs.
Fry them in hot oil (you can use a deep fryer). If the fat is not well heated and the fire is low, the croquettes will absorb more than the oil.
Remove the prepared delicacies on paper so that it can absorb excess fat.
Serve with garlic sauce, for example.
