How To Cook Potato Croquettes With Salmon (baked) - Recipe

Required products :

  • medium bunch parsley or other fresh green spice of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons (topped) sifted high quality wheat flour
  • 180 grams of smoked salmon fillet
  • freshly ground lemon or white pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 large potatoes
  • left


Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes, boil them without peeling them. Remove to a plate, allow to cool to warm, peel and puree using a blender.

Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and pour into the puree. Add finely chopped parsley, freshly ground lemon or white pepper, sifted flour.

Beat the egg in the mixture, add salt and knead a thick potato dough, from which make small balls. Arrange them in a tray, the bottom of which you have previously covered with a sheet of parchment.

Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven (turn it to preheat to 180 degrees).

Serve the finished croquettes warm with a suitable thick sauce.
