Required products :

5-7 medium potatoes
1 egg
6 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
500 grams of fresh cabbage
1 onion
100 milliliters of oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add the egg, flour and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
