How To Cook Potato Duchess With Butter And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • salt, black and red pepper to taste
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 grams of natural cream cheese
  • hot red pepper for sprinkling
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter for spreading
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the potatoes in salted water, strain it and mix them with butter, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, egg yolks and cream cheese. Make a puree, mixing all products until smooth.

Fill a kitchen bag with the puree, cover a tray with a sheet of parchment and inject molds of your choice. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.

When ready, grease the dukes with oil and sprinkle with paprika. Arrange on a plate and garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley. Serve and eat with pleasure.
