Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 100 grams of grated white cheddar
  • 1/3 tea cup sour cream
  • nutmeg on the tip of a knife
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

 

Method of preparation:


Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put them in a saucepan, pour water, boil and puree.

In another bowl, heat the butter, add the potato mixture, grated cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cream.

Add the yolks one by one, do not stop stirring until the products are homogeneous. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, cover a pan with a sheet of parchment and pour the mixture into a kitchen star-shaped pouch.

Squirt the dukes, grease with oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve warm, garnished with fresh spices.
