Required products :

  • 4 potatoes
  • 450 grams of bacon - cut into 4-centimeter pieces, 0.5 centimeters thick
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon - chopped parsley

for the milk sauce:

  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup wild onion - chopped

Method of preparation :

Use a knife to make cross-sections in the potatoes, being careful not to cut them to the bottom, but leave the last 5-6 millimeters at the bottom whole.

Cook them in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Mix the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl. Spread the resulting mixture on the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Put a piece of bacon in each slot.

Transfer the potatoes to a tray previously lined with paper. Bake the stuffed potatoes until golden and crispy - 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

In a pan, heat the milk and cream cheese, stir to combine the ingredients well and get a creamy consistency. Add the chopped chives.

Serve the potatoes, flying with the sauce.
