How To Cook Potato Flowers Stuffed With Wild Mushrooms, Zucchini And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Potato flowers stuffed with wild mushrooms, zucchini and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5 potatoes
  • 100 grams of wild mushrooms
  • 1 // 2 zucchini
  • 1.5 peppers (sweet)
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • sesame seeds to sprinkle to taste
  • oil, pepper and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin circles and arrange them like flowers in muffin tins (5 circles on the walls and 1 in the middle).

Grate the yellow cheese, add the yolks to it, add salt and beat until smooth.

Put 1-2 tablespoons of this combination in each potato flower (so the leaves will stick together and will not fall apart).

Cut the mushrooms, peppers and zucchini, then fry in vegetable oil, season and spread the filling on the cheese mass.

Grease the potato rings with butter and place the muffin tin in the oven, which you preheat to 180 degrees.

Bake until golden brown. Shortly before the appetizer is ready (5-10 minutes before removing from the oven), sprinkle with sesame seeds.

When the finished "flowers" have cooled, remove from the molds and serve with ketchup and / or mayonnaise.

Of course, you can experiment with the filling and prepare another option (meat, fish, vegetables).

Have a good time!
