How To Cook Potato Focaccia With Turmeric And Rosemary - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 450 grams of flour
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 grams of salt

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour, olive oil, salt in a bowl and mix the yeast with the water. Wait for it to activate and after it foams, pour it over the dry ingredients. Stir and leave the bowl covered with foil for a few hours.

Grease a rectangular pan with olive oil, peel and cut the potatoes into fine circles. Arrange, sprinkle with salt, turmeric and spread the dough. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

When ready, turn the pan over, cut the focaccia and arrange the pieces on a plate. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
