Required products :

1 large head of garlic

4 - 5 potatoes

2 onions

700 milliliters of broth (vegetables, chicken) or water

250 - 300 milliliters of cream (10% fat)

oil

salt and pepper (preferably white) to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the outer shell of the head of garlic (flakes), put it on foil, pour a teaspoon of oil and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until soft. Meanwhile, cut the onion into quarters and fry until soft. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, add to the onion and pour the broth / water. Cook the potatoes until ready.

Remove the garlic from the oven, clean it from the remaining flakes.

Remove the pot of broth and potatoes from the heat and then add the peeled garlic cloves. Blend or use a blender for this purpose. Pour the cream into the resulting puree and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and serve.
