Put the tomatoes in a pan and pour olive oil over them. Bake them for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Boil the gnocchi and broccoli - the gnocchi are cooked for about 2-3 minutes when they surface. Remove the vegetables and pasta bites to a plate.
Put the cream and gorgonzola in a saucepan to melt the cheese. Pour the resulting cheese sauce over the gnocchi and broccoli, and finally add the roasted cherry tomatoes, pour over the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan. Bake on high heat for 4-5 minutes.
