Required products :
400 grams of potatoes
200 grams of flour
200 milliliters of oil
12 tablespoons grated yellow cheese
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes until ready, peel them, mash with a fork until smooth. Let cool and add half of the grated yellow cheese, salt to taste and flour. Knead a stiff dough, which you roll out in circles about 0.5 cm thick.
Cut them into two equal parts. Spread the remaining yellow cheese on their wide end and form horns.
