Required products :

400 grams of minced meat

a few small potatoes

bread soaked in fresh milk

rolling flour

onion

garlic

pepper

For the sauce:

3 tablespoons cream

1 tablespoon ketchup

about 120 milliliters of water

pepper

left

Method of preparation :

Soak the bread in fresh milk, finely chop the onion and add the two ingredients to the minced meat. Add spices and mix well. Form meatballs (do not flatten them, let them be like balls) and roll them in flour. Arrange them in a greased pan, and in the middle place the peeled whole potatoes (if they are very large, cut them), grease them with oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Place the pan in the oven and let the dish cook for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix the cream, ketchup, add the water and spices. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and potatoes. Return to the oven to bake for another 30 minutes.
