Required products :

4 medium potatoes
200 grams of broccoli
20 grams of butter
1 egg
salt, pepper and dill to taste
oil for frying a
handful of breadcrumbs

 

Method of preparation :


Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and cook over medium heat until cooked. Add salt towards the end of cooking. Drain the water and mash the potatoes.
Add the butter, let the mixture cool and put the egg. Mix well, you should get a thick dough.
Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes in steam or water, chop them and add salt.
Put ground black pepper, finely chopped dill, 1 tablespoon oil and stir.
Divide the puree into 4 parts and form balls with oiled hands. Make a dent in the middle of each and fill with the chopped broccoli.
Close, forming meatballs. Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil to form a crispy golden crust.
You can serve with sour cream or milk sauce.
