Required products :

  • potatoes
  • eggs
  • flour
  • left

For the stuffing:

  • liver of choice
  • onion
  • frying oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

About the breading:

  • breadcrumbs
  • yolk

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil in salted water until cooked. Then mash until puree and add 1 or more raw eggs (depending on the amount of potatoes). Put a little flour - you need to make an elastic dough that easily peels off the palms.

Borrow with the stuffing.

Boil the liver until ready, then grind with a blender.
Peel an onion, chop and fry in hot oil until soft. Add it to the liver and season to taste. Add a few tablespoons of mashed potatoes to make the filling thick and homogeneous.

Spread the potato dough on your palm, put the liver in the middle and form meatballs, closing the filling.

Roll them in breadcrumbs, then dip in beaten egg yolk and arrange in a greased pan.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
