Required products :

  • 4 potatoes
  • 150 grams of frozen green peas
  • 3 cm fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (unground)
  • 1/4 teaspoon spicy spices of your choice
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them. Add salt to taste, add the starch, mix thoroughly and divide into 12 parts.
