Required products :

1 kg of potato
salt to taste
frying oil

For the filling:
1 teaspoon boiled beans
1 onion
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic
salt and ground black pepper

For the stuffing:
2 onions
2 tablespoons chopped dill, parsley or other green spice

Preparation :
First make the filling. Boil the beans (pre-fill with water and leave to stand). Peel an onion, cut it into circles, then each into four and fry in oil. Mash the garlic.
Add beans, garlic, salt, pepper to the onion (along with the fat) and grind until smooth (use a blender).

Peel and grate the potatoes, pour into a colander and allow the liquid to drain. You can add a little salt if you wish, but keep in mind that the filling is also salty.
Form a potato layer on your palm and put 1 tablespoon of the bean mixture and close the edges, giving the desired shape.
Fry them on both sides over medium heat.

Cut the onion into semicircles and fry it in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper and add chopped parsley (or dill).

Serve the meatballs with the prepared stuffing.
Enjoy your meal!
