Required products :
250 grams of potatoes
1/2 teaspoon marjoram dry
50 grams of flour
50 milliliters of dark beer
50 grams of onions
70 milliliters of oil
70 grams of smoked pork breast
1 egg
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, grate them and drain the liquid by squeezing with your hands.
Grate the onion as well, drain the juice and add the mash to the potatoes.
Followed by finely chopped smoked pork breast and egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the beer, add the flour and spices. Stir again and let the mixture stand for 10-15 minutes so that it can absorb the flavors and aromas.
Heat the fat in a pan and fry the meatballs in it, scooping with a spoon from the mixture.
Remove the finished on paper to drain excess fat.
Submit immediately.
