Necessary products:
200 grams of potatoes
200 grams of cottage cheese (without lumps)
150 grams of flour
1 egg
pinch of salt
parsley
feathers green onions
1 tsp baking powder
frying oil
Method of preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in salted water until soft. Then drain the water, mash them and leave to cool. Mix the potatoes and cottage cheese, add the egg, salt and mix well. Add the finely chopped parsley and onion to the mixture.
Mix baking powder with 100 grams of flour, add to the potato mixture. You should get a thick dough, but stick it lightly on your hands. If necessary, add more flour.
Wet your hands with water and form meatballs about 1 cm thick and roll them in flour. Fry them on both sides in a large amount of oil until golden. Better on high heat and with the lid closed.
