Learn how to cook "Potato meatballs with cream and mushroom sauce". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

600 grams of potatoes

50 grams of butter

2 eggs

2 tablespoons wheat flour for "minced meat" + 2 more spoons for sauce

1 tablespoon oil

30 grams of dried mushrooms

1 onion

100 grams of cream

50 grams of breadcrumbs

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes, boil them, drain the water and mash. Add the oil, egg yolks, flour, mix and form meatballs. Roll them in breadcrumbs (or use flour) and fry on both sides. It's time for the mushroom sauce. Do this by first scalding the mushrooms with hot water, washing and pouring cold water over them for 2 hours. Then simmer for 50 minutes. Strain the broth and finely chop the mushrooms.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil, add the mushrooms and fry together. In another pan, put the flour and the remaining butter and leave on the stove until a light yellow mixture is obtained. Then pour the mushroom broth in a thin stream, stirring, put the mushrooms and let everything boil for 10 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Before removing the pan from the heat, add the cream.

Drizzle the potato meatballs with the mushroom sauce and serve. You can sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Enjoy your meal!
