How To Cook Potato Meatballs With Ham, Smoked Cheese And Thyme - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon mixture of chopped dill and parsley
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 grams of smoked cheese
  • left
  • a pinch of dried thyme
  • 100 grams of ham
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • head old onion

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, finely chop it, the smoked cheese and the ham - into small cubes, grate the potatoes with a large grater, then drain the liquid from them, pouring them into a colander and pressing with a spoon.

Add the flour, egg, onion, ham, cheese, dill and parsley to the potatoes, spices to taste. Mix the products.
