Peel an onion, finely chop it, the smoked cheese and the ham - into small cubes, grate the potatoes with a large grater, then drain the liquid from them, pouring them into a colander and pressing with a spoon.
Add the flour, egg, onion, ham, cheese, dill and parsley to the potatoes, spices to taste. Mix the products.
Grease a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Scoop with a spoon the mixture and put in a hot dish. About 3-4 minutes of baking on medium heat on each side are enough to acquire the meatballs golden color and delicious crust. Add a little oil before putting the next meatballs in the pan.
