Required products :

500-600 grams of boiled potatoes
300 grams of liver of your choice (pork, beef, beef ...)
1 onion
3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
5-6 tablespoons flour
3-4 tablespoons oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes (you can peel them in advance, if you prefer), grate them and put in a bowl. Add the liver, which you have previously ground using a meat grinder, grated garlic and onion, breadcrumbs.

 

Then beat the egg and season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir. If the "minced meat" is too liquid, add flour.

 

Scrape from it with a tablespoon and put the mixture in flour. Then shape the meatballs with your hands. Fry them in hot oil over medium heat for about a minute and a half on one side.

 

Then turn from the other, reduce the temperature of the stove, close the pan with a lid and let the meatballs cook for 6-8 minutes.
