How To Cook Potato Meatballs With Meat Stuffing And Cheddar - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced meat of your choice (beef, pork or mixture)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 10 slices of bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5-6 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 tea cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 tea cup sesame seeds
  • cheddar slices

Method of preparation :

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Take 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and make small flat meatballs.

Fry them in a little fat until done.

Add the bacon, grated cheddar, season 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Stir.

Take a piece of potato and make a flat meatball, put one of the meatballs in the center and cover with a slice of cheddar. Wrap in potatoes and form a meatball. Put in a pan and do the same in the same way and freeze for 30 minutes.

Mix the breadcrumbs (bread crumbs) with sesame seeds, add spices of your choice (red pepper, thyme, oregano, black pepper).

Bread the meatballs in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and finally roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in more fat until golden. Serve with your favorite sauce.
