How To Cook Potato Meatballs With Melted Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh parsley and dill
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 80 grams of melted cheese for spreading
  • frying oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Season them with chopped dill, parsley, onion and add salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Add the yellow cheese, melted cheese and stir the mixture.

With wet hands, form meatballs, dip them in flour, then in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Do the same with the rest of the mixture. Heat the fat and fry them. Drain and serve warm, garnished with pesto or sauce of your choice.
