Learn how to cook "Potato meatballs with minced meat and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
12 potatoes
40 milliliters of oil
40 grams of butter
3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
For the stuffing:
400 grams of minced meat (pork)
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation:
Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate them, salt, add the butter, oil and mix well. Form "meatballs" from the mixture and fry them on both sides. Then combine with the minced meat, arrange in a pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with crushed / crushed garlic.
