Required products :

6-7 potatoes
1 egg
flour for rolling
salt to taste
frying oil

For the sauce:

50 grams dried mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon sour cream
1 onion
2 tablespoons butter
green spices of your choice
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the mushrooms with cold water and let them stay in it for 2-4 hours. Then wash well and cook until done. Drain the liquid using a colander, let cool and cut them into small cubes. Strain the broth.

Onions also cut into small cubes, fry until golden in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the mushrooms and cook together for another 1-2 minutes.

Fry the flour in the remaining oil (until golden) and dissolve it in 2/3 tea cup of the mushroom decoction. Add the cream and fried mushrooms with onions. Bring the mixture to a boil, season with salt and pepper to taste, add chopped green spices and allow the sauce to cook over low heat until thickened (stir).


It's time to start making meatballs.

Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and boil in salted water until cooked. Drain the liquid, mash them to a puree, add the egg and mix well.

Form meatballs from the mixture, roll them in flour and fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.

Serve them with the prepared mushroom sauce.
