Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Once the puree has cooled, season it, add the finely chopped fresh dill and the raw egg. Stir.
Cut the mushrooms and onions into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden. Pour them over the potatoes, add the garlic, mashing it first, and the flour.
Mix the products well and make meatballs with wet hands. Bread them in flour and fry in preheated oil until golden on both sides.
