Necessary products:

 

  • 2-3 baked potatoes
  • 1/4 tea cup frozen peas
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and red pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 5 grams of curry powder
  • 100 grams of cooked chickpeas

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the potatoes in a bowl, add the chickpeas and puree the products with a potato press. Add peas, onion, salt, red and black pepper, cumin, coriander and curry.

Stir and form equal-sized balls. Heat olive oil in a pan, roll the meatballs in chickpea flour and fry them until golden on both sides. Drain, arrange on a plate and serve with sauce of your choice.
