Required products :

  • nuts of 30 - 40 walnuts
  • 200 grams of old bread
  • 10 medium potatoes
  • 1/3 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 2 onions
  • spices of your choice and taste
  • 1/3 head of garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • breadcrumbs

Method of preparation :

Grind the walnuts and peeled onions. Wash the potatoes well, bake or boil them together with the skins and then peel and mash them or grind them finely (you can use a meat grinder to grind the products).

Break the bread into pieces and pour over the warm milk. Leave for 15 minutes and grind.

Mix all ground products when cool. Add eggs, flour, salt, crushed garlic, spices to taste. Knead a thick minced meat, from which form meatballs (round or oval - optional). Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil.

You can serve with whatever you want, for example: vegetable salad, rice, buckwheat, cream and even jam.
