How To Cook Potato Meatballs With Zucchini And Rice Bran - Recipe

Required products :

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon rice bran
  • 2 eggs
  • connection dill and / or parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 150 milliliters of oil
  • 200 grams of sour cream to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the peeled potatoes and zucchini (if the skin is thick, remove it). For potatoes it is best to use a fine grater, and for zucchini - wholesale.

Mix the two vegetables, add the rice bran, finely chopped dill or parsley (or a combination of both spices), add salt and pepper, mix everything well.

Heat oil in a pan and fry meatballs in it, adding one tablespoon of the mixture to one meatball.

Remove the finished on paper, it will absorb unnecessary fat. Then serve the dish with sour cream.
